Moving through the World of Black Desert can be hard and very frustrating. One good way are using horses and the other good things are teleports.
As PrimeBD Player you get 5 free Teleport Scrolls to Velia City from Pearl Shop (Loyality). If you buy 1 Teleport Scroll and its not working for you dont panic. PrimeBD has changed the usage of scrolls to make them worthless using them while doing pvp. You need to stand still (non combat stance) and it should work then.
